 Grants

When In Your Shoes, a giving circle, was established, the founders knew that awarding grants would be a major focus of their efforts. In Your Shoes works with organizations in town to ensure residents in need of emergency assistance know where to turn for help. We will partner with churches, schools and town organizations to make sure our emergency funds reach the right people.

Each of our members signs a confidentiality agreement to ensure that the content of each grant remains private. In most cases, grants are anonymous to voting members, where they do not receive the name on the grants.

Whether it is buying diapers, a pair of eyeglasses or materials to adapt a home to accommodate a wheelchair, In Your Shoes is ready to help and encourages residents in emergency situations to apply for grants.
